For your comfort - good to know

Check in / Check out

  • Please always communicate your arrival time in advance. Before check in, please be kind and always share your expected arrival time with us! The apartments are individual flats in beautiful regular buildings, therefore there is no reception on site, we go there in person to greet you by the exact time you provide to make sure we are at the apartment by the time you arrive.

  • In case of ad-hoc arrival. In case there is no arrival time provided in advcance to us, you may call us when you arrived to the apartment and we go there immediately. Please kindly note that in this case we can be at the apartment around 30-60 minutes time earliest [this is why it is important to communicate the expected arrival time in advance always!]!

  • The welcome meeting. During the welcome meeting (check in), we hand over the keys, we show you around the apartment and we'll instruct you for everything necessary. Also we give you all the support you may need for a flawless happy stay (where is the nearest supermarket, exchange office, travel tips, etc.). The full payment is due at check in.

  • Check out. Check out is very easy. Within given checkout time you may check out when it is most comfortable for you. No need for personal meeting, the key should be dropped to the key deposit box situated at the apartments's entrance.

  • Check in - between 15.00 and 22.00

  • Check out - by 10.00am

  • After 22.00 check in = 10EUR extra - please contact us in advance

Cancellation policy

You can cancel your booking free of charge up until 1 day prior your arrival. Cancellation with 24 hours the first night will be charged.

Children

Children and families are warmly welcome. Free for kids under 12. We can provide baby cot - please contact us in advance.

Payment

No advance payment is required, no deposit. Total amount of the entire stay (including cleaning fee) is due at check in. Payment is due in EUR, we accept cash only (unfortunately we cannot process credit card).

Extra beds

For available extra beds check the apartments. Maximum number of extra beds: 2 at most apartments. Cost of extra bed = 10EUR per person per night. Please check the availability in advance!

Meal policy

There is no meal connected to apartments. Except sugar, salt, tea and coffee is provided at most apartments.

Parking

Public parking is available at all apartments for the hourly fee of 525-450-350HUF (depending on the area). Payable at the parking automats on the street. Automat accepts only HUF coins. Parking can be paid only 3 hours maximum. Please take always careful attention to have the parking fee paid, unfortunately we cannot take resposibility of the charged fines.

Free time is all day between 8pm and 8am (at some places between 6pm to 8am) and weekends and public holidays.

Luggage storage

There is no available luggage storage place at our apartment unfortunately. Fortunately there is a perfectly working luggage depo at the Westend (Nyugati) Railway Station. It is easy to find, next to the International Ticket office. Cheap and safe, for a few EUR you can store your belongings for a whole day. Also the depo is right at the stop of metro 3 - the line that takes you to the airport.
